“Worse experience. Booked tour starting at 06:00pm and we were waiting for pick up from 05:30pm. Driver came by 6:30pm, reach by 07:00pm and then he said, cruise will start by 07:30pm. Cruise start at 08:30pm as it took almost 45 min to off board the previous travellers. Very unprofessional and not organised..”
